This challenging project in South London transformed a disused café and warden’s house into attractive and affordable one-bedroom rental homes. Our works involved the demolition of existing structures and perimeter walls and the full groundworks package including reduce level dig, muck away, strip foundations, block and beam floor, site drainage, Thames Water connection, attenuation tank and external works.
The logistics required intricate planning because the site was very small. Despite the challenges, we completed the work as promised: on time and on budget.
